Facilities
The grounds include two parking lots that together hold 77 vehicles. There
are 3 visitor parking spaces and 4 handicapped spots. We also have a
playground for young children, a memorial garden, an enclosed rose garden,
and a bench garden to peacefully rest and reflect on the beauty around us.
Downstairs, a large fellowship hall has an adjoining kitchen, another set of
bathrooms, three classrooms, a pantry for food storage to service our local
missions and a recently renovated lounge/meeting room. Also on that floor
are the music director’s office and the choir room.
Also on the main floor is the nursery for children, age five and under, the
church office, the Pastor’s office, a library and handicapped accessible
bathrooms. There are two stairwells and an elevator to connect to the lower
level.
It doesn’t take very long to become well acquainted with our church
building. On the main floor west side is the beautiful sanctuary that is so
open to God’s creation as we look toward the Colorado Mountains. The padded
pews are spaced to allow plenty of leg room. While the temperature is not
the same to everyone, our boiler does keep us warm in winter and there is
air conditioning for summer heat waves.
It is a beautiful church in a beautiful setting that results in a beautiful
worship experience.
